Well it’s only been a month since I completed my 30 day trial, and I’ve finally got all the way through the 250page+ manual that came with my course. All I can say is – WOW.
I’ve also stumbled across some interesting stuff that talks about manifestation and luck, and how luck goes through cycles just like biorhythms. They also have some stuff deeper in the site about how you can use manifestation to influence it, but I’m not there yet. So, anyway, I thought it would be interesting to spend the next month watching my luck. Literally.
Having said that, I suspect that today I must be at the bottom of my luck cycle. Waiting for a lift to work their meeting ran over so I was sitting in the cold for a half hour. This after the girls I usually chat to had to go someplace else because a guy was sprawled across 4 seats in the vestibule. Oh yes, and my partner arrived to pick me up as I was getting ready, earlier than he usually arrives, but said it was the time he always got here – and started getting frustrated at the red light he hit on the way (I have trouble dealing with that, because I prefer not to sweat things that I can’t change anyway).
So, after freezing and missing a half hour of work, when it would have taken 20m at most to hobble up there – except I knew someone was coming, just not how far away they were – on one of my busiest days, I had the same slow system problems as I’ve had for the last 2 days slow me even further, to the point where I was there for 11 hours. On the bright side, I did manage to make the train 20m after I finished up, although I had to get the train attendant to hold it because the carriage I got onto had all the ‘disabled’ seats full with people with prams, luggage etc, and I couldn’t go up and down stairs to another carriage. Hurried down the platform to the next carriage and they made room for me, but at the next station a whole family got on and one of the kids decided to stand right in front of my leg. I had the crutches either side to protect it from kicks like I got last week, but she backed right into it anyway.
I did have my partner offer to pick me up from the station, and the lifts were working there (which they often aren’t) so it wasn’t all bad, but it did hurt lots and I had to hit the painkillers again when I got home. Enjoyed having him there for a bit, keeping me company, and he even put my soup on for me so I didn’t have to stand in the kitchen (I’m very lucky with having him around, and I know it!) I haven’t finished everything with the delays today, so I’m catching the early train up tomorrow, too early for him so I’ll be getting a taxi down.
There was a post on that luck forum that suggested using an online ‘slots’ site to test your luck out. I think today I can make a pretty good guess without it! Now I’m just hoping it’s on the way up and won’t be getting any worse… 😉
OK, so now that the 30 days is over, and I’ve had a few weeks of going back to ‘normal’ (as normal as you can on a pair of crutches anyway. Looking forward to being off them and being able to do the little things – like bringing a cup of coffee back to my desk – again.) I’ve had some time to ponder what’s going to be next on the agenda.
I’ve been finding I’ve missed having that clear and singleminded focus on what I want to achieve. It’s strangely addictive. My morning routine, although I couldn’t do all of it after the leg incident, is another thing I feel lost without. I’ve made the decision that there are a couple of things I’m going to incorporate into my regular routine on a permanent basis. They are:
- Morning Manifestation routine, including 20m exercise and 20m meditation
- Guided meditation daily (also came as part of the Manifestation course above)
- Brainwave entrainment tracks as I drop to sleep. These have made such an incredible difference to how well I sleep, and how well I function when I don’t get enough, I’m not giving them up!
- This wasn’t part of the trial, but I’m going to do a monthly review of my goals. The lesson from how I got thrown by getting the transfer offer was a big part of deciding on this.
I also had some major personal realisations over the past few weeks. The biggest one being
that the stuff I’ve gone through with work fits perfectly with the work I’ve done previously on re-training myself out of the victim mentality on a personal level – it’s just in a different area of my life now. It’s starting to look as though this might just be the overall theme of what I’m here to learn this time around, which I find fascinating.
So, now I’ve learnt to re-empower myself with relationships, I’m in the process of learning to empower myself with employment. I’m also finding that I relate much better to people who are self-employed, and have been for a while, than with other 9 to 5 people. Not sure if that’s part of it, but it’s a definite shift in my headspace, and I feel like I’m in transition to ultimately leave the paid workforce.
Next step in that transition was to work out exactly where the bar was, or what I would need to achieve before I make that jump. I’ve set it at $331,500. That would clear all my mortgage & debts, allow me the renovations needed and put a year’s salary in the bank.
Interestingly, just after I worked that figure out, I came across another mind power program that talks about how their studies indicate that luck could well be another biorhythm, and you can take advantage of peak times in the cycle to get lucky. In the advanced levels they even reckon you can learn to influence it. The program covers a whole range of mental skills besides that, from health to remote viewing, and the creator is based down here in Australia, so I bought in. I think this might just be my next “trial” (although it will take a bit more than 30 days, with all the stuff in there…) The program is here if you want to take a look, and they have a free e-course I signed up for as well.
30 Day Manifestation Trial Evaluation
Against objectives: At the end I got a solution which was kind of a cross between numbers 4 and 6. Looking back, I think getting the offer to transfer derailed me a bit by changing my priorities. I no longer needed to get a job, so I was really looking to get into a situation where I could finance myself temporarily while working towards getting out of the regular workforce altogether, and working with these online guys as an equal partner instead of as an employee. Without the clear focus on what I wanted, though, I stopped progressing a bit. So, in terms of manifesting my ideal situation, I made the list, but then I moved the goalposts and slipped up by not redefining the goals. Funnily enough, though, it seems like I’m still moving towards them…
The situation as it stands as at the end of the 30 days:
I am now in stable employment, not travelling all the way to Sydney CBD, although still on the outskirts (as close to local as you can get and commute, pretty much) and the pressure that prompted this whole experiment came off on day 4. While I’m working with good people, I’ve also realised that most of the connections I’m making these days are to self-employed business owners, and that’s closer to where my headspace is at. Interestingly, at a conference last weekend, when one lady asked me what happened to my leg and I told her, the response was “so what were you not wanting to move forward on in your life?”. Hmm. It
was the Saturday before I started at the new transfer position…
The other things I manifested along the way are amazing. I LOVE my new 32″ monitor. It’s a dream to work with, and absolutely no strain on my eyes whatsoever. The powerball/lotto cheques have all gone in, and I’m still chugging through the manifestation manual. I’ve been a bit slack on more than just the exercise, but even so I’m now attracting some seriously like-minded people into my life and having some fantastic conversations. It seems like things are changing to support me moving even further into conscious manifestation. At this conference last week I connected up with one of the top names I’d been introduced to by Rich Schefren, and grabbed the opportunity arrange to work with her, so the synchronicities are continuing. I also ended up getting an unsolicited offer for venture capital from one attendee who heard what my idea was and wanted in on it.
What I’m thinking now is, I might revive this and re-launch it into a 90 day “Living the Secret” experiment. Not quite so intense as during the trial, and without the daily blogging of it (every couple of days at most, unless things get interesting). I’m going to do it with each week starting Sunday so I can write up my summaries while I’m not at work, and the new objectives will go up over the Easter long weekend (22nd or 23rd March). I’ll be defining them in THREE areas, since I figure with 3 months I might as well shoot for a more well rounded target outcome. Career/Job will be one, but I’ll also have money and health targets as well. The number of things on the checklist, though, will be getting slashed, and I’ll only publish weekly checklists. It was way too time consuming last month, both in the doing and the daily posting.
Oh yes, one final thing. As part of the course I got, there’s a meditation I found in there that involves visualising abundance coming to everyone in your neighbourhood. I like that idea, but I’m going to modify it. I’ll be visualising it for everyone in my circle, or with a connection to me. That doesn’t just mean friends & family, I’ll be thinking of everyone who posts comments back to me, emails me or otherwise makes contact. I want to spread the joy, it’s such a buzz getting all those little unexpected bonuses show up!
It’s almost impossible for me to believe that I’ve done a whole 30 days of this. More, if you count the prelaunch stuff! Most of all, except for 2 days where I had other stuff on, I’ve been posting every day – and this with a day job and a whole heap of other things going on (a lot of which I think may have been helped along by this experiment!)
So, the final day. I had more sales come through, bringing my total to $242.60. I thought that was good, until I remembered back before Christmas, when my affiliate links started going gangbusters, and I racked up about $800 in credit (a lot of it yet to be paid out, pending instalments etc). I remembered thinking I was only $200 off earning my first thousand online. So, guess what I’ve just done!?! FOUR FIGURES IN ONLINE EARNINGS… Alright, it took me several months, but now I’ve started I think the momentum can be built on from here.
I’ve also learnt the biggest lesson ever, which is that what you get back is a perfect reflection of what you give out, in value, energy, time or whatever. So I am hereby declaring my online philosophy is to always seek new ways to overdeliver, and then take action on them. Please write or comment me if you have any ideas on this…
Final day Checklist:
- Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Ran this without the exercise again, looking forward to being able to put those 20m back in there when my leg comes good. It’s amazing how time freezes when you’re immersed in pure joy and bliss. Gotta keep doing.
- MP3 Audio lesson -> Nope. Obviously wasn’t so good an idea after all. The word “overcommitted” comes to mind.
- ‘Abundance’ guided meditation -> Oh yes. The suggestion is to do it for 45 days straight, so I intend to keep going on this one too. Let you know if anything amazing happens between now and day 45.
- 5mins of handbook -> Yes again. Now I’m going to drop a few of the other things, I think I can get through this one a bit quicker. Not to mention the manic ‘exercise’ part seems to be finished and this is all thought provoking but not so time consuming stuff now.
- 15m Dialog Exercise -> No to this one, although it did work amazingly when I did it. I think the trick is to maybe manifest myself a manifestation partner???
- Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least twice, work on getting to 20m. Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily-> Yes again. I started wondering would the $5k per day work better if I was watching it all in one session versus the 7 cycles I currently have it on. Might test that out for the next 15 days too.
- Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> Did this, but will ease up on having to do it every night, I think.
- Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep -> Obviously, skipped last night. Got a great night’s sleep regardless. I’ll try leaving these off for a bit now.
- Inspired Action: –> Letting myself enjoy the night and ‘extend’ it a bit by refusing to call it quits until today. I also took action on another email, and checked my adsense account which I’d apparently not taken a final step to confirm. Over the past 2 years I’ve racked up an incredible $6.15. I wasn’t even sure if I should add that in, although since it’s kinda ‘appeared’ through this experiment I ended up doing it. $236.45 without.
So, I’ll talk to you guys again in about a week, I guess, when I wrap up with a summary of everything I achieved, learnt and experienced through this last month. It’s been a blast!
PS Please feel free to post suggestions what I can trial next!
I was intending to put this post up tonight, but the weird and wonderful synchronicities keep happening, so I’ve decided I’ll put my last post for the trial up tomorrow night, after the 30 days is over. I’ll warn you now – it may be a long one! SO much happening…
The full summary will probably be about a week later.
PS Ignore the ‘read more’. This is it.
The cruise yesterday was absolutely amazing. I had the best time. Even managed to negotiate a gangplank and several sets of stairs on one crutch! I’ll upload the photos tomorrow once I compile them into slideshow format.
I’m almost sad that this trial is coming to an end. It’s been enlightening, amazing and eye opening all at the same time. I’ve had ups and downs, nothing new there, but this month has certainly seen a lot more ups than I usually get, and some of the health & emotional benefits I look forward to enjoying for a while longer, since I plan on integrating several parts of the trial into my regular routine. The abundance meditation is meant to be played for 45 days, so I’ll keep doing that, and of course, if I get any more amazing results over the next 2 – 3 weeks you’ll see them come up here. I expect I’ll be dropping back to only 1 or 2 posts a week, though, unless I come up with another ‘trial’ I want to do.
It’s been great for the discipline having this to keep me honest, I’d highly recommend the exercise to anyone else who’s thinking of playing with it…
I’m combining yesterday & today into one Checklist:
- Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Yes except for exercise yesterday, missed most of it today when I slept in. A cruise with alcohol included tends to do that to you 😉
- MP3 Audio lesson -> No for both days. Think I picked the wrong course to try and listen to, I have trouble relating to the voices. Oh well, it’s not as if I was doing nothing, right?
- ‘Abundance’ guided meditation -> Yes, both days. This one’s a keeper!
- 5mins of handbook -> Yes to yesterday, plan on doing it before sleep tonight.
- 15m Dialog Exercise -> A little as the opportunity arose, but more like 3m than 15. I think this one works better if you have a manifestation partner. My partner’s a sceptic.
- Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least twice, work on getting to 20m. Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily-> Did this yesterday before I left. Done it today – found how to set a timer using a little utility I have that opens the $5k video every 15m while I’m online. Combine it with setting real player to always stay on top and it works well. Neat.
- Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> Easy done, both days.
- Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep -> Yesterday was prearranged off, but I still did BWE. Tonight I’m catching up for both
- Inspired Action: –> Got my video entry in yesterday morning for the Bestseller competition before I left. Would appreciate your ratings/views (less than 2 mins).
Check it out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpperGDboSA
There was also a software download I found that lets me hunt down other blogs on the same topic – I found another 2 tools for manifestation I’m going to have to test out now. AFTER I finish with this lot, though, and individually. I think overall, though, after all the weird & wonderful ‘coincidences’ I’ve had over the past 30 days, I feel pretty safe saying that manifestation techniques do work, just sometimes not the way you’d expect them to!!!
This morning I decided to read a bit more of the thinner Manifestation book that came with the course – the one I started while I was in Canberra on Day 13. I came across a visualisation that sounded really cool, to increase your ‘magnetism’, so I gave it a try. 2 minutes into it the phone rang. I picked it up and a recording told me “Congratulations, you’ve won an all expenses paid cruise to the Bahamas”. Of course, it’s one of those US competitions and my phone doesn’t make the same tone when I dial nine so it didn’t go any further, but still it was a kinda spooky coincidence…
Had a go walking down the road on one crutch today. I think I’m ready to graduate. Made it to the local cafe in only 45 minutes, with one stop on the way (it usually takes 10). After just under an hour enjoying my coffee and reading my manual, I made it back in only 30 minutes! I even got back without stopping… My only concern now is what happens if I end up with an enormous left bicep from supporting myself on one side 😉 Guess I just have to focus on getting better again so I can go around without either of them!
Tonight, when I came online, two more coincidences. One was an email asking for Law of Attraction stories to be featured in a book – of course I was inspired to respond to that one straight away. The second was, after I’d sent back my answer, I got an email crediting me commission from a sale! Woo Hoo! It’s a program I haven’t actively promoted in a while, so the timing is just uncanny, but I love the fact that something I put out there a while ago has connected someone up with something they needed or wanted, and chose to get.
I think I’m going to have to do that magnetism exercise again tomorrow, and see what happens!!!
Now, for the Checklist:
- Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Again, all bar the exercise. I think I’m destroying the edge of my bed doing the ‘bouncing with excitement’ bit sitting down on it. Oh well, who cares. I can always manifest a new one, right?
- MP3 Audio lesson -> No, actually didn’t do this one today. Went to, but then realised it hadn’t loaded onto my mp3 player so I didn’t have it with me.
- ‘Abundance’ guided meditation -> Yes, absolutely. Enjoying it more and more each time. Had a bit of a ‘click’ when a realisation from the manual gelled with the visuals and I felt like I was connecting into something big. This was followed, within an hour, by the sale notification (PS I know the product’s a good one, so whoever it is should be getting a win out of it too…) Total cash manifested so far: $169.45. Took 3 weeks to make the first $90, less than one week to make almost another $80. Hmm. Think that’s a good sign I’m on track here…
- 5mins of handbook -> Finished Chapter 5, which was about 8 pages. Had a realisation as I mentioned above about abundance being a reflection of how open you are to giving out your own energy to the universe – the more love you express, the more it comes back to you, as money or whatever else your mind manifests it as.
- 15m Dialog Exercise -> Not 15m, but did a dialog on how I was realising my goals as I was writing the response to that email. Then did a bit more of it while I was enjoying getting that email notification. Love this internet business.
- Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> Did this, but realised that Subliminal Power hasn’t been on for a week or so, since I upgraded the monitor. Oops.
- Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep -> Yes and yes.
- Inspired Action: –> Response to that email, reading that manifestation guide and doing that meditation. I also took action on a couple of things that were bothering me around the house, and have had answers come back for those as well. Life is looking and feeling better and better. I love this program!
Final verdict came in today from the extra tests: yes, it’s definitely broke. In a really awkward spot, so I had a choice of a full leg cast (ugh) or taking a chance. With all those powerball checks you know which one I was heading for…
On the bright side, it is healing fairly fast, and after my enlightenment on Monday as to human nature (very helpful on the way in to work, but self interest reigns supreme on the way home) I discovered today that crutches can be a great conversation starter. Not, of course, that I’m recommending anyone go out and break a leg, but it does go to show there IS always a silver lining. So, Carol & Wendy, if you’re reading this, thanks for the great conversation today! (I love coffee shops for meeting people!)
Oh, and advance notice: Sunday’s blog won’t be going up til Monday – I’ll be having my “QEII cruise” that I mentioned back on Day 4.
Checklist:
- Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Actually went through all of it today, except for the exercise, of course. Got plenty of that hauling myself around later.
- MP3 Audio lesson -> Yes, although the voices on it are a bit weird. Very deep. Makes it a bit hard to listen to.
- ‘Abundance’ guided meditation -> Love this one. Yes. Along with more visualisations for healing my leg.
- 5mins of handbook -> Up to p78, another 5, in Gloria Jeans after my chat.
- 15m Dialog Exercise -> Not yet. Scared to wake the neighbours again, did a version of it while watching the $5k per day, but lower key…
- Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least twice, work on getting to 20m. Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily-> Mind Movie twice, $5k per day got played 7 times while I did the variant of the dialog exercise. Interestingly, that seemed to open a few cross-channel links and I started getting images and sensations from the Abundance meditation coming up as well. I also worked out that 7 times 2m50 is only 19m50 – so I played the extra 10s for good measure. 🙂
- Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> Yes, with breaks as yesterday
- Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep -> Yes again, plus the BWE healing track for my leg as well.
- Inspired Action/s: –> Found an email in my spam box last night after I posted here, about a seminar coming up in March. The speaker is someone I first came across at Rich Schefren’s conference last year. Signed up for it instantly, then had the thought to send an email and try to connect. Won’t happen if I don’t try, right? Not sure if it counts, but I let my planned reading time at Gloria Jeans coffee shop lapse when a great conversation sprang up with some fellow patrons, Carol & Wendy – may not have been inspired but it felt inspiring. Got right into nature of reality stuff, love that kind of conversation! Never enough of it, I reckon…
Don’t know if this is the place to put it, but I was planning on sending off another email today about a job. This is the third time now I’ve gone to send it and it’s just come flat up against a brick wall – it really felt like it was not the right time. Hopefully that means there’s an alternative connection in the works, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed it isn’t too far off. The end of the trial certainly isn’t, although I’ve had so much fun there’s a lot of it I’m going to keep on doing.
So, all in all I count today a good day. I managed without painkillers, got myself into town and back, and even got some shopping done with my partners help after he came home, although that was about the limit of it. I also received the receipt scanner I bought from Amazon so I can get my taxes organised, that’ll be a bit more money come in once it’s up and running. My latest toy! 😀
Can’t believe there’s only 5 days left of this! Where on earth did the time go?
Today started slowly, with me keeping my leg up, as for the last few days. I did a lot more guided meditations (had to charge the mp3 up again afterwards, I drained it from full) and visualisations, but for most of today it was still stiff and sore. The bruising under the ankle got worse, if anything. Used the crutches every time I needed to move, and kept up the imaging. Rang in again this afternoon because I could barely get around my own flat without it hurting, it was that stiff, so I didn’t figure I’d be able to handle a 90min commute, including walking stretches either end, very well. Then, late this evening around bedtime, for some reason, something just seemed to ‘click’ and it started feeling almost whole again. I’m still taking no chances, and I’ll be doing more BWE healing work tonight, but I hope I’ll be walking around again next week! (Just in time, because even not going into work tomorrow, I’m still going to have to make my own way to the Dr with my bloke being on day shift. Keeping my fingers crossed it’ll feel as good or better in the morning).
I also finally caught up on all the uploads for the past few days of blog entries I diarised on paper. Writing them that way, I didn’t realise what day I was up to, so I had a bit of a shock when I realised the trial is nearly over! Got to pull my finger out on a few more inspired actions, I think. I’ve got two more in train that I’ll work on having done by Saturday, but I think the final summary will end up being about a week later when I see how things look after the dust settles.
So, afternoon. Got through almost ten pages today, to make up for missing it a couple days ago. Also worked my way through most of the stuff in the routine, including the new mp3 session. Did my dialog on webcam for a change. Oh boy, never realised how hard it is to fill 15 minutes! Ran through my goals FIVE TIMES EACH. Was fun, though, except I kinda jumped when I heard the flat next door start moving around because I couldn’t help but wonder what they heard of me raving on… Oh well, if this stuff works they’ll know soon enough.
Checklist:
- Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Ran through all but the exercise, only did a guided meditation instead of the 20m quiet reflection. I kept falling asleep with that. Even got some exercise later when my fitball came out for me to rest my leg on. I alternated putting it up on the couch and using it to exercise the good leg. (Looked real graceful, I can tell you! – NOT)
- MP3 Audio lesson -> Got through lesson 1, just, before I drained the mp3 player again.
- ‘Abundance’ guided meditation -> Yes, along with about 3 other guided meditations
- 5mins of handbook -> Almost ten pages, up to p72 now, just finished chapter 4. Talking more about mindfulness and being caught up in ego vs being present in the moment. I started wondering – is the current vogue for self help and mind pursuits a symptom of us having developed stronger minds/egos over time, so with stronger ideas of ourselves as individuals we now have to work harder to overcome these to get back to reflecting our true selves?
- 15m Dialog Exercise -> On webcam, got so worked up I think I might have freaked the neighbours – it’s right next to a common wall to their lounge. I would have thought they’d have been asleep by now (midnight), but hey, time will tell. If it all comes true it won’t matter anyway.
- Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least twice, work on getting to 20m. Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily-> twice for the mind movie, 7 times for $5k per day. Like it with the purring track, nice and meditative…
- Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> Yes, but in shifts so I could keep on putting ice on my leg
- Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep -> Not only for tonights, finished the uploads for yesterday too. BWE in the morning for healing visualisation, played it last night. Drained the mp3 player yet again.
- Inspired Action: –> More work on Author competition entry but not quite there. Healing visualisation & focus on whole leg while resting it (seems to have kicked in) and reading extra on the manual – I’m up to a bit in Chapter 5 that seems to be right on target for what I’m facing now. Oh yes, and using the fitball to get ‘some’ exercise in on one leg, at least…
Rang in to work this morning after my call last night got no results, since they’d all left. Told them the situation about needing to keep off the leg and apologised. I got a call back not long after, about whether I’d directly contacted a supervisor about yesterday at the time.
Leaving aside the fact that I haven’t actually been given any contact numbers for anyone up there, and had already arranged release for the day so I wasn’t expected, I’m starting to wonder whether this (along with the fact that they want me to get an additional level of signoff on my start and finish times) means the management here have probably heard the slanders my old workplace were spreading. I sincerely hope it doesn’t mean I’m going to face the same level of distrust and micromanagement that was used to make it all but impossible to do my job before.
In any case, for the moment I’m going to try to keep a positive focus, trust that reason will prevail and, like my temporary placements, they’ll see the truth of what I’m like for themselves in time. Meanwhile I’ll play along with their additional requirements, even though it’s outside what they’re entitled to ask of me, to set their minds at rest. It’s a bit of a niggle, though, in a situation I was hoping would mean the end of all the problems I’ve had.
Was back on crutches today, after yesterday’s efforts resulted in another setback. I got the x rays and saw my own Dr. She saw what the Emergency Dr had seen, but explained it might or might not be, so to be sure we’ve done the tests again, along with a few that weren’t done before on bits that are also hurting, and I should hear on Friday. Meanwhile she wants me to stay off it. With Monday’s experience still fresh in my mind, I’m willing to oblige. After I got home I rang to let them know I wouldn’t be able to come in and do that meeting Thursday, but again there was nobody there, so I asked that an email be sent to each of the relevant parties. Nobody can say I don’t learn from my mistakes. Self Care is winning in the priority stakes right now.
One issue I’m facing, though, is that on crutches and while it hurts to stay standing for any longer than a minute or two, I’m not motivated or able to prepare meals for myself, so I’m back to skipping them. When my partner came over today and found out, he made me an omelette which was lovely, although I’m starting to feel a bit guilty over all the cleaning up he’s having to do right now for me. I did spend most of this morning (he’d come off night shift so I knew I wouldn’t see him til afternoon) doing guided meditations and visualisations, so I’ll see how the conscious healing’s going tomorrow, I hope. But after the reaction this morning, more concerned about a possible technicality I might have breached than about the fact that I couldn’t come in, I don’t particularly feel like risking further injury for their sake. I also found, after I got back from the Dr, that there was a huge bruise coming up under my ankle now too. Leg bruising’s going down nicely, but that’s coming up instead. So now, I’m just focusing on healing the whole lot, hip to toe.
Checklist:
- Manifestation course – Morning routine -> Modified version without exercise, focused on healing again.
- MP3 Audio lesson -> No, forgot about it until now.
- ‘Abundance’ guided meditation -> Did that, along with healing meditations. Had to recharge mp3 again, after using it most of the morning
- 5mins of handbook -> Got up to p63 while waiting at the Dr. Talking about attachment to beliefs, and how they occlude the light of our true selves. I realised that where I’ve been addicted to learning from others, with tons of books, courses, etc, I’ve been invalidating my own knowledge or wisdom. Maybe after this I should do a 30 or 90 day trial of ‘unlearning’ stuff…
- 15m Dialog Exercise ->Oops, forgot this too
- Watch $5k per day Subliminal Video at least twice, work on getting to 20m. Play Mind Movie, once or twice daily-> Yes to the mind movie, on my palm while waiting. $5k per day wasn’t so good, got it 3 times.
- Spend at least 1hr/day on my PC at home, to allow Motivator & Subliminal-Power software some time to work on me. -> Yes, while working on my comp entry (see below)
- Blog update in evening & BWE track before sleep -> Uploaded Monday’s blog and did 3 week review, does that count? Ran out of time for tonights.
- Inspired Action: –> Remembered Mark Joyner’s Bestselling Author Competition, checked the closing date and worked on my script for the video. Have taped it, now just need to work a few slides in. Will be in by Saturday, I hope, although I need to keep my computer stints short to break for icing my leg every 20m or so.
